Day 18 - Hike down to Lukla
We’re finally back where we started, and our Sherpas show us the native way to dance in celebration of a successful journey’s end.

The last day of hiking takes us back into forested terrain...

... and past more signs of human habitation. Any spot big enough for a house and a few fields is fair game for a settlement!

A stone egg was one of the more unusual choices of objects for prayer inscriptions... but why not!

Our journey’s over, and it’s time to celebrate! Our Sherpas get into the spirit with their lively singing and dancing.
